Creating H3RO was a no-brainer. I wanted a natural, transparent protein bar, made only with real ingredients. No artificial additives. No chemicals. No compromise.
I've tasted hundreds of bars that didn't align with my vision: too sweet, too processed, too far removed from natural ingredients.
So I decided to do things differently.
I love training hard.
I love real, good food.

Why I created H3RO
H3RO was born in nature.
We wanted something made with only real food. Because it is simple to understand and easy to take anywhere. A bar made only with real ingredients, and natrual protein from eggs and nuts.
